Resizing window after fullscreen on windows 10 64-bit causes all text rendering to fail #193

Running an install of the latest development version, when I resize the window after coming out of fullscreen it causes all text rendering to break (apologies for not knowing any more specific details) and as I can't read the screen I have to use task manager to stop the program.

Steps to reproduce

install latest development build from releases
run the GUI version
fullscreen the window with alt+enter
return to windowed mode with alt+enter again
resize the window

Running Windows 10 LTSC 64-bit with NVIDIA graphics
