Proc_freq shows superfluous semicolons when include.row_percent = FALSE

Using the example from the documentation.

proc_freq(mtcars, "vs", "gear", include.row_percent = FALSE, include.table_percent = FALSE, include.header_row = FALSE)

Is there any way to get rid of the semicolons when you're only using the col%? I love the versatility of flextable, particularly for aesthetics, thanks for your work :)
