Fix snprintf warnings #47

They can be seen here. Might be triggered by openxlsx2 suggesting rvg. The RcppExports is from some Rcpp update (don't remember from the top of my head what caused this).

thanks, I already started a refactoring work (just pushed the branch so that it is visible) so that I can submit a new version soon.
