Fix license #35

npm warns me every time when I do npm install or something like that.

npm WARN cssify@1.0.0 license should be a valid SPDX license expression

I found a list of valid SPDX expressions here http://spdx.org/licenses/ I think we should decide exactly which license is meant for this project.

Also for convenience it's better to include full license text in repo and point to short license description from readme https://tldrlegal.com/
