With NPSP 3, OpportunityContactRoles not set with Auction values #109

I believe the new support in NPSP 3 for Primary Contact and OCR's is now interfering with how Auctions previously set OCR's (and used the Roles specified in Auction Settings).

The code in AuctionNewDonatedItemWizard avoids creating the OCR if one was already created by the environment (Common Ground, NPSP, etc).

Maybe consider having this code still update the existing OCR with the Auction values.
