Auction Receipts support ignoring Household #118

if using NPSP, or household settings are set, the name and greeting on the receipt comes from the household.

this user requested that there is a way to force Auction Receipts to always use the contact's name (and address), even if using NPSP.

new checkbox on Auction Receipts page, Address to Household, controls this. released in version 4.13.
