Hello,

Mozilla have decided to remove live bookmarks from Firefox (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1477667).

I did some initial work to get foxish compatible with Firefox. I had to make the icons square, update jquery, and fix the options manifest. The toolbar button does not work appear at all so you can't subscribe from a page, but you can subscribe through the options page and the bookmarks are created.

I have not checked what effect these changes have on Chrome.
