Adding taxonomy management pages #22

I also added an <hr> below titles because I like the look, feel free to delete that one later

Thanks for the changes but initially when I made this theme I specifically didn't want taxonomies and after some concideration I would like to keep it that way.

Glad you were able to get this working for yourself and your site looks good.
