User needs to select different element datatype and then reselect correct element datatype

Can you give details to reproduce? Is it for specific models/elements as I thought this was working...

The workaround of selecting a different element datatype and then reselecting the correct one works, but the valueset hyperlink should be available to click on without having to do this??
