I think this would be quite useful, because it let's you have a synchronized diary without being tied to a single service. You could look to Joplin's code for help with this.

I don't have any personal interest in adding this but I'm sure it would be beneficial to users. I'll add it to the feature request list and perhaps some one will implement it.

Something related to this, it would be cool to sync up weight and maybe some other things with Nextcloud Health.
