This app uses shortcuts: Calorie Counter by Lose It! for Diet & Weight Loss - Apps on Google Play

It will be good to app shortcuts to decrease friction (making it quicker) in logging meals, such as:

Not sure if this is possible with Cordova based apps but I'll look into it.

Seems like it should be possible. Not sure when this will be added to Waistline but for anyone who wants to give it a try before I get around to it I think you'll need this - https://www.npmjs.com/package/cordova-plugin-shortcuts-android
