Feature Request: more (derived) metrics #203

First, let me thank you for the very nice OS app, I've been looking for something like that for quite some time. :-)

My feature request is loosely related to issue #7 . In my previously used calorie counting app, I not only tracked my weight, but also my hip and my waist circumfence. These values allowed me (together with my height) allowed me to derive my BMI, my waist-to-hip ratio and my waist-to-height ratio. These 3 values together paint a pretty good picture about my current weight loss progress and health status. Would it be possible that hip and waist circumfence are additionally (and optionally) tracked and these metrics subsequently calculated?

Neck, waist, hip measurements have now been added, I haven't added a calculator yet though
