Parts of the fix delete change for Moodle 4.0 aren't compatible with Moodle 3.x.

The master release is only to Moodle 4.0. The compatibility for Moodle 3.x is in the branch https://github.com/davidherney/moodle-format_onetopic/tree/MOODLE_311
