Adds code to support Moodle 4.2's bulk edit tools.

Just wanted to add my support for this, we have many users of OneTopic over at UCL who would love to have this feature working properly.

Hi @james-cnz ...

I had to reject the pull request because it is no longer compatible with the current version of the format but I integrated the code to the new version.
