Since our upgrade to Moodle 4.1, a number of faculty users have noticed that while edit mode is still turned on for the course, the edit button (...) will disappear after making an edit to an activity/resource on the front page of a course. After a front-page edit is performed (e.g., modify activity titles, drag & drop files, and duplicating activities/resources), the button disappears. Comes back after a page reloads.
These faculty users are wondering if this can be fixed.
