Need refresh to display change in section 0 shown before tab #185

Seen on moodle 4.4 and onetopic v4.4.01, when you choose to display the section 0 before the tabs, the result of duplications or movement of activities in section 0 are not displayed without a refresh

I am experiencing a similar issue: The movement of activities in any section needs a refresh for the reordering to display correctly. Using Moodle 4.1 and Onetopic 4.1.12(PiedrasTeherán) - branch:MOODLE_401_STABLE The issue is present when selecting the theme_classic.
