font color does not change on tabs #99

when changing the color of the fonts (text) of the tabs, this is not applied, this was checked in the chrome / firefox browser in developer mode and indicates an error when trying to apply the style example error1 example error2 example error3 example error4

We have same issue on Moodle 3.9.10

The color changes in default themes: imagen

But, some themes like "adaptable" overwrite it: backgrownd with "important" sentence and font color in a intern tag "sectionname". It is a theme not a Onetopic decision. imagen imagen
