Port to KF6 #52

Hi, I just ported the plasmoid to KF6 so people using the beta release of Plasma 6 can use it. I followed the official Porting Guide, I might have missed something.

I just noticed the configuration window doesn't work I just force-pushed the fix

Thanks for your contribution. I pushed a commit to port the plasmoid actions (refresh monitors button) which you seem to have missed - not a big deal, documentation for this specifically was published weeks after the documentation on other KF6 changes.
