Lower Third #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Last Used Lower Third does not automatically come on
2. Saved presets are not being saved any longer. They will save for the current 
Hangout that you are in, but if you launch another Hangout, the saved presets 
will be gone

What is the expected output? Expecting to see the last used lower third since 
it is set to come on. Also expect to see the saved presets that I have uploaded 
into the Hangout-toolbox

What do you see instead? Nothing

What version of the product are you using? 2.0.1

On what operating system? Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
