Uber Conference not working for my people #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Calling my Uber Conference

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
many people I invite to my hangout should be in my uber conference. No one can 
dial in.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Uber conference. Google Chrome, Version 44.0.2403.157 (64-bit) , OS X 10.10.5

Please provide any additional information below.

I have a couple people who can call in every now and then. however i am 
supposed to have at the most 15. they are all assuming it doesn't work now i 
guess. you can reach my mobile phone to talk to me at 530-643-1112.
My Google Hangout is in scottusaskinner@gmail.com and my uber number is (857) 
216-4172;01230

Also I am using a MacBookPro sold in 2012
