Support for online Scrum meetings #70

It would be great if it could handle the turns and the timing for each 
participant.

So the idea would be something like:

1. The administrator configures the time for each turn.
2. Participants join the call
3. The administrator pushes a button so the tool establishes the turns.
4. The clock starts timing, giving each participant the established amount of 
time.

At the end, the hangout resumes normally

Well, is more a feature request more than a defect, but I couldn't change the 
issue type.
