PuffLoader is not centered #282

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' go to your demo site, set puff loader to 100 to see easier

Expected behavior All spinners should be centered on their box, and preferably stay in it.

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

i'm seeing the demo site still centered at 100. going to close this for now
