Conflicting @types/jest version #454

Describe the bug

After cloning the project and installing the npm modules I get an error because @emotion/jest has a dev dependency @types/jest that conflicts with this project's @types/jest version. See the full error below

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. git clone https://github.com/davidhu2000/react-spinners.git
  2. npm install

Update 1

node version - 16.9.1 npm version - 7.21.1

emotion has been removed, so this issue should be resolved in 0.13.0-alpha.4
