Modify Account Details Module #6

{FE app}/site/account

Show Primary username above first name, non editable field, just show it.

Add Lot Number as an editable field. If lot number is not tracked or a form on the intake of sign up, needs to be added as an optional field.

Take out secondary email

ADDED account username, leaving 2ndary email as it is throughout the rest of the system currently.
