Describe the bug

• Scrolling a vertical carousel on a touch device/screen don’t prevent vertical scrolling of the page sometimes.

Expected behavior

• Scrolling a vertical carousel on a touch device/screen should prevent vertical scrolling of the page.

Additional context

This is a blocker and has to be fixed before the release of stable v8 if the problem is caused by the Embla code.
