Lobby Pages #16

Goal:

Create a new page for the lobby #11 that contains the relevant components. See deliverables for specifics. This issue has notes, review them before developing

Deliverables

Connected player list component
Host specifics components
- Start round button
- Close room button
- Room settings (#Room Settings)

Notes

The lobby frontend can be developed before the backend, however, it will need to be updated when the lobby backend has support. Without the backend's completion of the lobby system (API endpoints, stuff like that) the frontend will be incomplete. A template of the frontend can still be made though
