Enhancement based on Issue#46 #69

Divided the Advanced Settings tab in two subtabs: Synchronization and More.
Added a dropdown that allows you to choose an authorization code prompt.
Added an input line that allows you to set a domain hint.
Some error boxes that were previously not displayed show up now (by @davidjrh).
