Install generated documentation in gh-pages #14

It would be useful to have linkable generated versions of the thymio_motion documentation available. Now that thymio_motion.aesl has structured comments, we can generate:

  1. Doxygen-style documentation: multi-page HTML, and single XML
  2. OAS documentation:
  3. scratchblocks images of the blocks defined by the @brief lines
