SFX pass #47

fill in misc SFXs (game start, change colour) and polish existing temp ones (taunt, clank) etc

there's a record of the SFX I've thrown together which haven't been redone in Sprite Refs.txt, at the time of writing they are:

up taunt - 58 down taunt - 59 toggle color - 61 on pressing a button from the start screen - 62
