sumo mode #8

Secondary mode/stage where getting hit just does knock-back instead of damage and the goal is to knock your opponent off stage.

Added menu to choose between playing normal or sumo mode, and in sumo mode damage isn't taken on being punched, so the only way to defeat your opponent is to push them off stage. Needs playtesting to see if it works, or if it needs adjustements, like a smaller stage or a different amount of knockback, etc.
