  1. Integration tests merged
  2. Functional Tests run
  3. getLoglevel, setLogLevel ? or just leave it to unimplemented ? logging impl itself ? should it include txid ?
  4. documentation
  5. queries with ordering, indexing needs to be installed into pouchdb in a format that works.
  6. does pouchdb setup provide appropriate separation for multiple chain codes ?
  7. store to filesystem
  8. Add support for the getNativeAPI for a fabric system
