Quality of Client SDK releases #1

  1. The builds are only run a specific version of linux
    • Azure supports windows and macos but are not utilised
  2. No other testing apart from the automated tests are ever done for published releases
    • Fabric themselves do use the node sdk as part of integration testing before they do a release but not clear what they do and what version they use.
