CAT: visorbus_private.h: remove reference to controlvmchannel.h #15

controlvmchannel.h is designed to be only referenced by visorchipset.c. We should be able to remove the include reference in visorbus_private.h. If there are issues, we should consider moving the referenced structures to channel.h.
