[CAT] [MODERATE] visorbus: visorbus_main.c: remove extra check #36

In the functions visorbus_release_device and visorbus_remove_instance, it checks to see if dev->visorchannel is valid. Since dev->visorchannel is checked in visorchannel_destroy, the check here is a duplicate, remove it.
