[CAT] [EASY] visorbus: controlvmchannel.h: simplify #defines #51

The #define VISOR_CONTROLVM_CHANNEL_SIGNATURE just references VISOR_CHANNEL_SIGNATURE. Remove the #define and replace all usages of it with just VISOR_CHANNEL_SIGNATURE.
