[CAT] [MODERATE] Update the struct visornic_devdata to have kernel-doc like comments #55

Rework the visornic_devdata comments to look more kernel-doc like, and it cleans up inline comments in the structure.

Note: drivers/net has a DIFFERENT coding standard that the rest of the kernel.
