SL cannot learn in raw mode

As requested this is a new bug report

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run ribsu
2. enable raw learning mode
3. press button on remote

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a code, I get:

c(214): agg max passed, need 261
ERR: uirt_sm: /Users/johnsturgeon/Downloads/ribsu/r

When I try to learn in raw mode.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using latest binary version.

Should be fixed in latest code in repository.
