"on the house" = adjust the sum on a tab, so a customer doesn't have to pay for one or more of the beverages on the order
stock needs to be updated, but the sum total will not be including the beverages that are "on the house"
as a waiter or bartender you should be able to add a short note to the order, explaining the reason for not charging for the items

Proposal for our model:

order: add a text attribute notes
order item: add a boolean attribute productOnTheHouse→ if it's true the order calculator will add a discount to the order so the customer doesn't have to pay for it
