Don't embed external resources #68

There are many issues in embedding external resources like images in the own website...

data privacy (by the way, it's illegal in the EU in the way we are currently embedding the external ressources)
reliability (other site can be down / image can be removed)
performance (it's better to host them ourselves)
...

We should host all the images on our own site.
