Display menu already on landing page? #78

After the final presentation Lars said that we should think about changing the landing page in a way. He suggested to remove the ghost icon and display the menu already on the landing page. What do we want to do?

After a discussion with Rosemary we decided to merge index.html and menu.html into one page → #84
