Add validate command

• add a validate command (should accept either RDS or JSON)
• interactive fixes where possible
• validate that split_switch is ON if layers have ranges
• validate which patches will tone_remain properly (and maybe with a secondary classification for "almost" where it should be practically fine even though it isnt technically perfect)

first step will be to move the numeric ranges into validations:

• add to cargo.toml: validator = { version = "0.15", features = ["derive"] }
• add validate() calls in main.rs and an option to force (run command despite failing validation)
• add #[derive(Validate)] to RD300NX and friends
• move validation out of to_bytes/from_bytes into field attributes #[validate(range(min = 10, max = 500))]
• confirm these number ranges also get exported in the json schema
