If S1/S2 functions are set to MfxSwitch, then the S1/S2 state is ignored by the keyboard and the Mfx.Enable is used as the starting state instead.
Therefore it should be a warning if the Mfx.Enable doesn't match S1/S2 state when S1/S2 function is MfxSwitch.
