Inconsistent layer names in warnings #49

- User #9: Internal layers [0] have non-full ranges, but split switch is OFF
- User #11-#12: Tone remain may malfunction because Layer[Upper2] turns OFF

Layers should either be always numeric or always named, or always both (eg. "0:Upper2") but not vary between warning types
