Cannot delete picasa web albums where the title contains a forward slash. #526

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an album with a forward slash
2.  Try to delete the album using google picasa delete album <Album Title>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be prompted to delete the album.  Instead I am told no album found.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?

0.9.14, Mac OSX 10.7, 2.0.10

Please provide any additional information below.
