I want to know about format of input count table.
I have chip data about human cell line data and I want to make a model by mageck MLE.
I found some of sgRNAs in my data have multiple target genes.
However, in example data leukemia.new.csv, every sgRNA looks have single target gene.
How should I describe "Gene" column in count table when the sgRNA have more then two target genes.
