ldconfig #72

Make sure both autoconf projects call ldconfig after running, that will
solve the LD_LIBRARY_PATH issues.

Libtool actually seems to be calling this automatically on my Ubuntu box, so 
maybe
life is ok.

Not sure exactly how to handle that sometimes libraries aren't found, but maybe
suggesting /usr (as I have) and have .deb and .rmp and .pkg will just mostly 
solve this.
