What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. See http://code.google.com/p/rl-glue/source/browse/trunk/LICENSE-2.0.txt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see full Apache License 2.0, but the file is truncated:
"harge, royalty-free, irrevocable ..."

The full Apache License 2.0 could be found at:
http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt

Oops.  Sorry about that.  Copy + paste has a limited buffer into emacs I guess.
