gss lib is not working on windows 7 64bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i have used gss lib in my application development on desktop its working good
2.same application i have imported in my laptop but it showing some error 
related to gss lib methods.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
errors it cannt find com.pras.spreadsheet

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gss lib 2.2b

i have used windows 7 32bit on desktop.My laptop is windows 7 64bit.is it the 
problem if yes tell me the solution.
