the configuration engine shall write the configurations to the local disk in a file all configuration shall be accessible from the interface from the beginning. the configuration shall be replicated to all servers of the cluster

Discuss with the team how to implement configurations, find suggestions in the internet, find spring projects for configuration, find out if there is another project with distributed configuraiton
