Label and UI enhancements #24

I wanted to raise this PR to enhance some of the labelling and use more vertical screen space to compensate. I've provided some screenshots to show the changes but here is a summary:

  1. Removed periods from a couple of portal names
  2. Widened the boxes so that no names are truncated (seems to be fine on almost all scaling)
  3. Increased maximum height to compensate for wider buttons as well as for users who may have many portals
  4. Remove ellipsis from truncated labels to look cleaner
  5. Show dungeon names enabled by default
  6. Add season 2 portals as I get them

I've taken some of the changes. I've not changed the default sizes, but there's a new theme to select the wider buttons.
